These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Flag Master" (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides quizzes and educational content related to flags and capitals. It includes in-app currency ("coins") and rewards for viewing advertisements.
All rights to the App, including its software, design, and logos, belong to the developer.
Publicly available data, such as flag images, is used in accordance with applicable rights.
The developer may modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
Coins and lives are only usable within the App and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
All data may be lost if the App is deleted.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
The developer may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

本規約は、「Flag Master」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリをインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、国旗や首都に関するクイズおよび学習コンテンツを提供するアプリケーションです。アプリ内通貨（コイン）や報酬広告視聴による特典機能が含まれます。
本アプリに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、ロゴ等の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。
ただし、公的に提供されている国旗画像等のデータについては、それぞれの権利に従います。
開発者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、アップデート、または提供の停止を行うことができるものとします。
コインやライフは本アプリ内でのみ利用可能です。
理由の如何を問わず、コインを現金や他の商品と交換することはできません。
アプリを削除した場合、蓄積されたデータは消去される場合があります。
開発者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、および動作の完全性を保証しません。
開発者は、本規約を変更できるものとします。
